Main pivots of the conference:

• First pivot: Information Technology in business field (Business Application day)

    Now a day’s one of the infrastructures of the commercial organizations is the information technology support. However that we find one of the biggest problems that faces the commercial field in Bahrain is that they can’t convey the fast growth of information technology. So, the conference is going to go through the actual applications in field of commerce and the developments methods in this field during the first day.

• Second pivot: Information Technology in field of Electronic Government (E-Government day)

   Currently the whole world is going into informatics and Kingdom of Bahrain is trying to convey the world in this point. And there is an important point that we have to mansion here that Kingdom of Bahrain is one of the advanced countries in this field. So, the conference is going to concentrate on this point and will negotiate the current applications and the ways of taking advantages from it during the second day.

• Third pivot: Information Technology as one of the Corporate Productivity Tools. (Corporate Productivity Tools day)

    These days Information Technology plays a vital role in both of commerce and industry. Even sometimes, we can observe that information technology became the work generator in many organizations. As an example of that we find it the main communication tool between organizations parts and the main productivity tool. So, the last day of the conference was assigned to negotiate this point after giving a full illustration about the current application in real life.

• المحور الأول: تقنية المعلومات في مجال الأعمال المصرفية (Business Application day)

    القطاع المصرفي يعتمد اعتماد كبير على تقنية المعلومات في مجالات عدة، ولكن يشكو القطاع المصرفي من مواكبة التطور في تقنية المعلومات المتوفرة، ولذلك سيناقش المؤتمر خلال هذا اليوم تطبيقات تقنية المعلومات في عالم الأعمال المصرفية، حيث يوضح للطلبة كيفية الاستفادة من آخر مستجدات التكنولوجيا وتقنية المعلومات ويتيح لهم المجال في الإبداع في عالم الأعمال المصرفية والتحديات التي تواجهها.

• المحور الثاني: تقنية المعلومات في مجال الحكومة الإلكترونية (E-Government day)

   اليوم يتجه العالم بأسره نحو المعلوماتية، وبطبيعة الحال مملكة البحرين بدورها تسعى إلى مواكبة هذا التطور، وجديرٌ بالذكر أن مملكة البحرين من الدول المتقدمة في هذا المجال، ولذلك سيكون لمؤتمرنا الطلابي نصيب كبير من التركيز على هذا المجال وكيفية الاستفادة منه والتطبيقات المتوفرة في عالم التقنية المعلومات بإضافة لمسات إبداعية من التفكير الطلابي.

• المحور الثالث: تقنية المعلومات في مجال أدوات المشاركة في الإنتاج (Corporate Productivity Tools Day)

    اليوم تلعب تقنية المعلومات دوراً مهما في التجارة والصناعة دوراً هاماً، ونراها في بعض الأحيان قد تحولت إلى المحرك الرئيسي لهذه المؤسسات، فعلى سبيل المثال نراها تحولت إلى أداة الوصل الأولى بين أقطاب العمل والمحفز الأكبر للإنتاجية، ومن هذا المنطلق خصص اليوم الأخير لمناقشة هذا الموضوع بعد إعطاء فكرة عن بعض التطبيقات المعاصرة، مما يتيح للطلبة إمكانية العمل التعرف على أهم جزء في تطبيقات تقنية المعلومات في الحياة العملية.
